This extremely strong, hard-wearing, polyester tubular tape, is ideally suited for constructing abseil anchors in canyon environments.
It is made in Australia from high-tenacity polyester, which is naturally UV-resistant, hydrophobic, and doesn’t lose strength or degrade due to exposure to water.
With a dry break strength of 17kN (conducted by a NATA-accredited test lab), it is stronger than other tubular tape webbing of the same width. Wet break tests conducted by the same lab confirmed it retained 100% of its rated strength after being soaked for 24 hours.
The black colour not only reduces the visual impact of anchors, it improves the UV resistance of the webbing, ensuring the longest possible lifespan. Clear orange markings allow easy identification of rated strength.
This thinner, lighter-weight webbing is ideal for more remote adventures where every gram counts.
